Shorter lead times

The Dyna-Cell is designed for rapid pro­gram­ming and setup. In this process, the bending and robot program can be generated in around 10 minutes, followed by ap­prox­i­mate­ly 10 minutes for setup and first part pro­duc­tion.

For suitable parts, such as a bracket with four bends, process time can be as little as 10 seconds. Powered by LVD’s CADMAN-SIM software, the system can produce a part in 20 minutes or less.
